Conference Schedule Information

On Monday, August 12, NVMTS 2013 will begin with check-in and continental breakfast at 7:30 AM CT in the Tate Atrium. Talks will be held in Van Vleck Lecture Hall from 8:30 AM CT to 6:00 PM CT on August 12, from 8:30 AM CT to 3:30 PM CT on August 13, and from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM on August 14. In addition to the talks, on August 12 and 13 there will be a poster session in McNamara Alumni Center prior to dinner. Throughout the day, there will be coffee breaks and lunches provided by the University of Minnesota.

After the talks and poster sessions during the first two days of the conference, there will be social hours and dinners. On August 12, these will be held in McNamara Alumni Center from 7:30 PM CT until 10:00 PM CT. The next day on August 13, a social hour and dinner will take place on a boat on the scenic Mississippi River from 6:00 PM CT until 9:30 PM CT

While the conference closes at 5:30 PM CT on August 14, there will be an optional tour of the University of Minnesota's TCF Bank Football Stadium at 6:00 PM CT that you are welcome to attend, which will be between 60 and 90 minutes long.
