Paper Submission Instructions
(Due September 26, 2008)
Many thanks for those of you who have already uploaded their manuscripts for publications in the Proceedings of the 8th International Symposium on Therapeutic Ultrasound. The Proceedings of the symposium will be published by AIP subject to editorial review. We encourage all authors to upload their manuscripts, limited to 5 pages, in PDF form through EDAS. Publication of your manuscript in these proceedings, however, is subject to the satisfaction of the following requirements:

The AIP requires its authors to follow the format described at the URL http://scitation.aip.org/proceedings/6x9.jsp. The site contains link to the guideline and has template files (both MS Word and LaTeX). Please follow the instructions and use the given templates. AIP reserves the right to exclude manuscripts that do not follow the 6 X 9 format as described on their web site. More information can be found at http://proceedings.aip.org.
- Download, fill and sign the Transfer of Copyright Agreement form. The signed form must be e-mailed to istu@umn.edu in order to allow us to include your manuscript in the proceedings. Please include ToCA in the subject line of your e-mail and use paper ID number as the file name of your copyright form. At least one author must sign the ToCA form. Please note that the exception at the bottom of the form is for US government employees only.

In order to give all authors enough time to submit a quality manuscript, we have extended the paper submission deadline till September 26, 2008. This is a firm deadline that must be kept in order to publish the Proceedings in a timely manner.
