ECE first year Ph.D. student Christopher Ertsgaard had been selected to receive a 2016 National Science Foundation (NSF) Graduate Research Fellowship Program (GRFP) Fellowship. GRFP fellows are annually selected from a highly diverse and competitive set of applicants, and awards are based on candidates demonstrating their potential to make significant contributions to science and engineering in the U.S. The GRFP fellowship period lasts for 5 years and financial support is provided for 3 years. Fellows have the occasion to take advantage of professional development opportunities through the GRFP.
Christopher is advised by and is also a member of Prof. Sang-Hyun Oh’s research team.
