Titled “Soft Response Generation and Thresholding Strategies for Linear and Feed-Forward MUX PUFs,” it was presented at the 2016 IEEE/ACM International Symposium on Low Power Electronics and Design (ISLPED 2016), the premier conference in the area of low power electronics.
This paper presents signature generation using physical unclonable function (PUF) structures with soft probability using simple circuits, holding promise for ensuring secure hardware access. The research was jointly supported by the National Science Foundation and the Semiconductor Research Corporation under the STARSS program.
